Currently we ship to the US and Canada only. Shipping is through Canada Post. There is no default setting for this on site so it will show as usps on listings.
Returns are accepted under certain circumstances. Please contact us within 3 days of package receipt with any concerns. If the item is damaged in transit or defective we will gladly refund or replace if a replacement is available. If your item is new such as a cosmetic or perfume item, it must be returned in original condition with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Purchase price will be refunded minus shipping.
