This bracelet is a vintage design offered by jewelry artist, Ramona Beasley! 

It is not hand-made but was discovered at an estate sale.

I don't know if it is sterling silver, but might be. The beads are glass and the charms appear to be black onyx.

It is a one of a kind. Length is adjustable from 6 3/4 to 8 1/2 inches and closes with a lobster clasp.
